This notice explains how Ignavia handles personal data submitted through this website.
Who is responsible
Ignavia is responsible for the personal data described here. The company is being registered in Croatia; its registered name and address will be added to this notice once registration is complete.
Until then, you can reach us about privacy questions through the contact form.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, email address, optional company name, area of interest, optional timing and the message you write. We also record the date and time, the language of the page and the page the form was sent from.
To protect the form from abuse, we keep a short-lived counter derived from your connection using one-way coding. It does not store your IP address and is deleted after a short period.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry only to reply to you, discuss your project and prepare a possible offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Who processes it
The website is hosted by Vercel and enquiries are stored in a Neon Postgres database located in the European Union. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements, which include standard contractual clauses where data may be processed outside the EU. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need to respond and follow up, and no longer than 12 months after our last contact unless the enquiry leads to a contract. Records related to a contract are kept for as long as the law requires.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you can object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).

We will update this notice when our services or company details change. The version above identifies the current text.
