Solutions / Software and systems

Software shaped around the way your business works.

Off-the-shelf tools rarely fit perfectly. We build web platforms, internal tools and integrations that match your workflow, connect to the systems you already use and stay understandable after handover.

When this helps

  • The same information is typed into several systems by hand.
  • Work is tracked in spreadsheets and email threads that no longer scale.
  • Customers or partners need a portal to place orders, check status or share documents.
  • Two systems you depend on do not talk to each other.
  • A standard product covers most of what you need, but not the part that matters most.

What we deliver

Web platforms and portals
Customer, partner or member portals with accounts, roles and the information each of them needs.
Internal tools
Focused applications for quoting, scheduling, inventory, approvals and other daily work.
Integrations
Connections between your shop, accounting, CRM, spreadsheets and other services.
Content management
Editing systems that let non-technical staff keep information current.
Data and back-end services
Databases, APIs and background jobs that keep everything consistent.
Documentation and handover
Documentation, access and ownership arranged so the software stays yours.

How we approach it

  1. Map the workflow

Follow the real process, including the exceptions people handle by hand.

  2. Agree the smallest useful version

A scoped first release that removes the most friction.

  3. Build with tests

Automated checks around the parts your business depends on.

  4. Hand over clearly

Code, accounts, documentation and a walkthrough, so ownership is never in question.

Common questions

Who owns the code?

Ownership is agreed in writing before work starts. Our default is that the software we build for you, and the accounts it runs on, belong to you.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Usually, yes. We review what your current systems allow, such as exports, APIs and webhooks, and design the integration around that.

What technology do you use?

For web platforms we typically use TypeScript, Next.js and managed Postgres databases on established cloud hosting. We choose what suits the project and its long-term maintenance.

What happens after launch?

Support and improvement arrangements are agreed as part of the scope, based on how important the system is to your daily operations.

Have something in mind?

Describe the situation in a few sentences. We will reply to arrange a conversation.
