Context

A sports club with several training locations and programmes for children, adults and competitors. Its online presence was limited to a social media profile.

Challenge

Prospective members needed clear answers about schedules, prices and how to start, and the club needed to keep that information current without technical help.

Our role

We researched comparable clubs, designed the site and built it end to end, including the editing system, the database, accessibility checks and an editor manual.

Key decisions

  1. Give non-technical editors a structured admin for schedules, prices, news, results, coaches and documents.

  2. Treat the weekly training schedule as structured data with exceptions, not as a static image.

  3. Route membership enquiries into a stored list the club can work through.

  4. Test accessibility automatically alongside the functional test suite.

What we delivered

  • A responsive public website
  • Content management for schedules, membership prices, news, results, coaches, gallery and documents
  • An enquiry form with a stored enquiry list
  • An editor manual for club volunteers
  • Automated functional and accessibility tests

Outside the scope

Public launch is waiting for the club’s final content and domain.
